Amendments will be made to the definitions for terms used in the rule set. Amendments will also
update the training standards for identifying victims of human trafficking, add references to other
administrative rules that impose requirements on an applicant for licensure or renewal, add
requirements for a Canadian-licensed applicant applying for licensure by endorsement, require an
applicant for licensure by endorsement or relicensure to disclose each license, registration, or
certification in a health profession or specialty issued by any other jurisdiction or entity and require
the applicant to demonstrate that no disciplinary proceedings are currently pending and that any prior
sanction has been satisfied before being licensed by endorsement or relicensed. The amendments will
also clarify the continuing education credits earned by holding a Board of Certification certificate for
each year of the renewal cycle and clarify the supervision requirements when there has been a
delegation by an athletic trainer to another perform an act, task, or function that falls within the scope
