(By authority conferred on the commission for the blind by section 33 of Act No. 306 of  
the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, and section 5 of Act No. 260 of the Public Acts of  
1978, as amended, being SS24.233 and 393.355 of the Michigan Compiled Laws)  
R 393.201 Adoption by reference of federal regulations.  
Rule 1. The Michigan commission for the blind adopts by reference in these rules the  
client appeal procedure as delineated in the provisions of 34 C.F.R. SS361.1 and 361.48,  
entitled "State Vocational Rehabilitation Services Program," as published in 53 F.R. 92,  
pp. 16982 to 16988 (May 12, 1988). Copies of the adopted regulations may be obtained  
from the Michigan Commission for the Blind, 309 N. Washington Square, P.O. Box  
30015, Lansing, MI 48909, in print, braille, or tape, at no cost, or from the  
Superintendent of Documents, United States Government Printing Office, Washington,  
DC 20402, at a cost of $12.00.
