R 408.45101 Adoption of federal standard.  
Rule 5101. Effective 15 days after filing with the secretary of state, a tractor used  
in agricultural operations shall be as prescribed in 29 C.F.R. SS1928.51, which is  
adopted by these rules by reference and which may be inspected at the Lansing office of  
the department of consumer and industry services. 29 C.F.R. SS1928.51 was published  
in the March 7, 1996, Federal Register and may be purchased at a cost of  
75 cents from the Superintendent of Documents, Washington, D.C. 20402, or  
from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration Area Office 231 W. Lafayette,  
Detroit, Michigan 48226.

the correction was published in Michigan Register, 2003 MR 20.
