SPECIAL PERMITS FOR HOSPITALS AND INSTITUTIONS  
(By authority conferred on the liquor control commission by section 16 of Act No.  
8 of the Public Acts of the Extra Session of 1933, as amended, being S436.16 of the  
Michigan Compiled Laws)  
R 436.1251 Special permits for hospitals and institutions.  
Rule 1. The commission may issue special permits to hospitals, charitable  
institutions, and military establishments within the state for the purchase of spirits for  
their own use from a designated state liquor store at a discount of 24% from the retail  
prices established by the commission.
