PART 81. BAKING OPERATIONS
R 408.18101 Scope.
Rule 8101. (1) This part provides for the safe maintenance and operation of bakery
machinery and equipment by the employer and their safe use by the employee in, around,
and about a place of employment.
(2) The requirements of this part apply to the design, installation, operation, and
maintenance of machinery and equipment used within a bakery.
