HPRP Annual Report  
MacIntosh explained the HPRP program and presented the HPRP Executive Summary:  
October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024.

Hughes informed the board of the upcoming Inaugural Conference on April 11, 2025,

MacIntosh stated that the New Board Member Training video has been uploaded into  
Egress.  
MacIntosh reminded board members that they should check state e-mails regularly.  
MacIntosh helped the members with completion of the Disclosure of Interest form (C-46).
