CALL TO ORDER/INTRODUCTION OF NEW CHAIRPERSON:  
Director Nolish called the meeting to order at 1:35 p.m.  
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:  
July 16, 2025 minutes approved. No objection.  
DIRECTOR’S COMMENTS:

Ms. Kloc provided details of each set that had incurred any changes for 2026.  
OTHER BUSINESS:  
None.  
PUBLIC COMMENTS:  
Adam Heugh accepted a new position and will no longer participate in this meeting. He  
will be replaced by Christina Heine.  
Adam Heugh also inquired if the Agency will make any changes to the explanation of  
benefits form and requirement to send to the injured worker. Director Nolish responded  
that injured workers need to be informed due to fraudulent claims. There are no plans to  
change the requirement at this time.  
No other public comment.
