525 W. Ottawa Street, Lansing, Michigan
The hearing is held to receive public comments on the following administrative rules:
Architects – General Rules (MOAHR #2021-019 LR)

Overview: The proposed revisions to the rules update accreditation standards for architecture educational programs;
require a certificate of completion of any National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) internship
program or proof of current and continuous licensure in another state of at least five years to satisfy the experience
requirement for licensure, clarify the requirements of the design and use of the seal of an architect; and include activities
that qualify for continuing education, the documentation needed to show completion of the activity upon audit, and the
limitations for receiving credit in qualifying continuing education activities.

of licenses held in other jurisdictions; update accreditation standards for audiology educational programs; allow proof
of licensure in another province of Canada as a pathway to relicensure; update accreditation standards for audiology
