Rules Discussion  
Shaltry stated that the Rules Committee Work Group will meet again on April 28, 2026, at  
9:00 a.m. to discuss the Pharmacy Technicians rules.  
Shaltry recommended opening the Pharmacy - General Rules.  
Discussion was held.  
MOTION by Boutros, seconded by Taylor, to open the Pharmacy General Rules.

Chair Report  
Foumia congratulated Binion on his reappointment.  
Mitchell Nelson, Public Member, introduced himself to the board.  
Foumia informed the board that the NABP meeting is in May and Sleiman will be attending.  
Department Update  
Shaltry shared that a link will be dropped in the chat for pharmacists who would like to  
receive continuing education credit for attending the meeting, and a form can be found in  
the front of the room for pharmacists attending in person.  
Shaltry said a new board member training was held on March 11, 2026, and a recording  
was available in Egress.  
PUBLIC COMMENT  
Chris Norello reminded the board to be compliant and friendly to inspectors.

Mike Nabolsi recommended clarifying the abilities and definition of a crisis stabilization unit  
when discussing the general rules.  
ANNOUNCEMENTS  
The next regularly scheduled meeting will be held June 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the  
Ottawa Building, 611 West Ottawa Street, Upper-Level Conference Center Room 3,  
Lansing, Michigan 48933.  
ADJOURNMENT  
MOTION by Nelson, seconded by Sleiman, to adjourn the meeting at 11:16 a.m.
