These rules take effect immediately upon filing with the secretary of state unless adopted
under section 33, 44, or 45a(9) of the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA
306, MCL 24.233, 24.244, or 24.245a. Rules adopted under these sections become
effective 7 days after filing with the secretary of state.

natural resources and environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.36503)
R 299.1021, R 299.1022, R 299.1023, R 299.1024, R 299.1025, R 299.1026, R 299.1027,
and R 299.1028 of the Michigan Administrative Code are amended, as follows:
R 299.1021 Mollusks.
Rule 1. (1) The following mollusk species of class Pelecypoda (mussels) are included
on the state list of endangered species:
