The proposed rules provide definitions used in the rule set; provide a telehealth rule; identify the
approved educational programs and examination; clarify the requirements for licensure, licensure by
endorsement, relicensure, and educational and clinical academic limited licensure; add requirements
for limited licensure as a senior student and as a graduate of a nonapproved veterinary education
program; clarify the licensee’s duty pertaining to medical records; and clarify continuing education
requirements.
