The revised rules set forth an explanation of specific terms used throughout the rule set, requirements
for telehealth services, requirements for prescribing of drugs by physician’s assistants, requirements
for delegation of controlled substances prescribing to an advanced practice registered nurse,
requirements for training on identifying victims of human trafficking, standards for accreditation of
medical schools and postgraduate training programs, requirements for licensure for United States and
Canada graduates, requirements for licensure of foreign graduates, requirements for licensure by
endorsement, requirements for an educational limited license, required examination number of
attempts allowed and the period for completion, requirements for a clinical academic license,
requirements for relicensure, requirements for renewal of a license, as well as requirements for
continuing education.
