The proposed revisions to the rules clarify the criteria used for deciding whether a degree granted by
a nonaccredited educational program is acceptable for licensure; clarify the requirements of the
design and use of the seal of a professional engineer; add a requirement of two hours of continuing
education in ethics; and provide activities that qualify for continuing education, the documentation
needed to show completion of the activity upon audit, and the limitations for receiving credit in
qualifying continuing education activities.
