The Professional Surveyors – General Rules pertain to definitions, education, experience,  
examination, licensure, relicensure, standards of conduct, the seal, license renewal, and continuing  
education for professional surveyors.  
Amendment of the rules will take place to supply clarity on definitions, education, experience,  
examination, licensure, relicensure, standards of conduct, the seal, license renewal, and continuing  
education requirements for professional surveyors.  
4. Summary of proposed rules:  
The proposed revisions to the rules include clarification of the requirements of the design and use of  
the seal of a professional surveyor.
