The Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs will hold a public hearing to receive public  
comments on proposed changes to the Massage Therapy – General Rules rule set.  
The proposed rules will update the rule pertaining to the training standards for identifying victims of  
human trafficking, add references to the requirements for licensure or renewal contained in other rule  
sets, reorganize the licensure by endorsement rule into an easy-to-use chart format, and amend the  
rules pertaining to licensure by endorsement and relicensure to require the applicant to disclose every  
health care credential the applicant has ever held and to provide that the applicant must have resolved  
any disciplinary action taken against the individual before being relicensed or licensed by endorsement.

and 445.2030)  
The proposed rules will take effect immediately after filing with the Secretary of State. The proposed  
issue of the Michigan Register. Copies of these proposed rules may also be obtained by mail or
