The Department of Treasury will hold a public hearing to receive public comments on proposed changes  
to the Millionaire Parties rule set.  
When the Legislature amended the Bingo Act in December 2019 and codified parts of the rules into the  
statute, it created duplicity and conflict with the rules. The proposed changes to the rules will eliminate  
the duplicity and conflict between the Bingo Act and the rules.  
(By authority conferred on the executive director of the Michigan gaming control board by section 49 of  
the Traxler-McCauley-Law-Bowman bingo act, 1972 PA 382, MCL 432.149).  
The proposed rules will take effect immediately after filing with the Secretary of State. The proposed  
issue of the Michigan Register. Copies of these proposed rules may also be obtained by mail or  
electronic mail at the following email address: MGCB-Rules@michigan.gov.  
Comments on these proposed rules may be made at the hearing, by mail, or by electronic mail at the  
following addresses until 4/12/2023 at 05:00PM.
