Medicine and Surgery met on October 22, 2025, at 611 West Ottawa Street, Upper-Level

CALL TO ORDER  
Erik Kissel, DPM, Chairperson, called the meeting to order at 9:09 a.m.

Sundeen provided an overview of the HPRP program. Sundeen presented the HPRP  
Executive Summary: October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024.  
Rules Discussion  
MOTION by Mastay, seconded by Sundling, to open the Administrative Rules.
