Michigan Lottery Charitable Gaming Rules 2020‐84 TY held a virtual public hearing on May 28, 2021

from 9:00am to 11:00am. All procedures and requirements for the public hearing were followed.

Notices of Public Hearing were published across the State of Michigan, including the Upper Penninsula.

A web video link, phone call‐in number and physical address were provided in the notices for

participation.

The Hearing attracted no public comment from any of the required avenues provided.
