Attorney General Mike Orris is here. Mr. Orris, would
you like to place your appearance on the record.
MR. ORRIS: Good morning, your Honor.
Assistant Attorney General Michael Orris on behalf of the
Commission Staff.
JUDGE FELDMAN: Thank you. Mr. Orris, it
is my understanding that should anyone here have
questions on the rules, you will be able to put that
person in touch with a knowledgable member of the

In order to take comments at this point,
it's my understanding that of all of the persons in
attendance at the hearing this morning, so far only one
member of the public has indicated an interest in making
comments. So Mr. Chuey, please make your comment, and if
you could state your full name in doing so, that would be
appreciated.
MR. NICHOLAS J. CHUEY: O.K. Thank you,
Judge. My name is Nicholas J. Chuey, and I am
representing DTE in this case.
So my comment pertains to Rule 460.2568a,

that's on page 13 of the proposed changes to the rules,
and it appears that this particular rule is changing the
category of records from "Gas production" to
"Manufactured Gas Plant Sites". So I can see that, you
know, that change is plainly made, but the rule or the
records themselves are not described or enumerated for
MGP sites. So I see where the records for, you know, for
the gas production are all stricken, but I don't see
where the records for MGPs are then put in place of those
gas production records.

MR. NICHOLAS J. CHUEY: That's the extent
of my comment.
JUDGE FELDMAN: O.K. Thank you.
MR. NICHOLAS J. CHUEY: And I do offer to
provide that in written form as well.
JUDGE FELDMAN: Thank you, Mr. Chuey, I
really appreciate it. I appreciate your taking the time
this morning to attend this proceeding.
Let me ask for the record if there's
anybody else here who would like to make a comment on the
rules? And I don't see anything on my screen. But let
me also ask if there's anybody calling in by phone that
wants to make a comment? (No response.)
All right. Thank you very much. I'm
