Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs in Lansing,
Michigan. This hearing was published in three newspapers of
general circulation, as well as the Michigan Register
published on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.
My name is Suzanne Sonneborn, and I will be
facilitating the hearing today. Also in attendance at this
hearing are D.J. Pascoe, Division Director of MOAHR's
Benefits and Unemployment Division, and Peter Kopke,
Administrative Law Judge with the Michigan Tax Tribunal.
