·5· ·17th at the Binsfeld Office Building in Lansing,  
·6· ·Michigan.

·8· ·of general circulation:· The Mining -- the Marquette  
·9· ·Mining Journal on May 29th, 2024; the Detroit News and  
10· ·Free Press on May 30th, 2024; and the Holland Sentinel  
11· ·on May 30th, 2024.· This notice was also published in  
12· ·the Michigan Register, Issue number 9, published on June  
13· ·1st, 2024.  
14· · · · · ·My name is Adam Fracassi.· I will be  
15· ·facilitating the hearing today.· And this is a public  
16· ·hearing on proposed administrative rules entitled,  
17· ·"Conduct of Election Recounts."· It's being conducted  
18· ·pursuant to Section 889 of Michigan Election Law, 1954  
19· ·PA 116, MCL 168.889, and on behalf of the Board of State  
20· ·Canvassers.  
21· · · · · · So the purpose of the hearing today is to  
22· ·listen to public comment for the proposed administrative  
23· ·rules.· Currently there is nobody in the audience that  
24· ·has shown up in person wishing to speak.· Public comment  
25· ·is still open today to submit to the Board by 5:00 p.m.
