·9· ·administrative rules titled Dietetics & Nutrition  
10· ·General Rules.· We are conducting this hearing  
11· ·under the authority of the Administrative  
12· ·Procedures Act, Public Act 306 of 1969, on behalf  
13· ·of the Department of Licensing and Regulatory  
14· ·Affairs, Bureau of Professional Licensing.  
15· · · · · · ·We are calling this hearing to order at  
16· ·9:00 a.m. on December 8th, 2025, at UL-5 at 611  
17· ·West Ottawa Street, Lansing, Michigan.· Publication  
18· ·of the Notice of Public Hearing was in three

20· ·Flint Journal on November 4th, 2025; The Grand
