This is a public hearing on proposed administrative rules entitled Regulatory Loan Licensees. This hearing

is being conducted pursuant to provisions of the Michigan Administrative Procedures Act and on behalf of

the Department of Insurance and Financial Services.

This hearing is being called to order at 1:05 p.m. on February 10, 2020, at the Ottawa Building, Lansing,

Michigan. This hearing was published in three newspapers of general circulation, as well as the Michigan
