I myself can not answer questions
regarding the proposed rules. Staff members of the
Michigan Public Service are present and may be able to
answer your questions after the proceedings. Mr. Taylor
will be able to direct you to the appropriate Staff
member, if necessary.
Is there anyone present who would like to
make a comment this morning? (No response.)
I'm getting lots of head shaking. It
appears most of the people in the back of the room are
Staff. So we will adjourn for 15 minutes just in case
there are some stragglers in, the weather this morning
might not be cooperating. So we'll stand adjourned until
about 9:15, or if somebody comes in and wants to make a

(At 9:03 a.m., a recess was taken.)

JUDGE ROBBINS: We are back on the

record. It is now approximately 9:17. We have had some
members of the public come in; I've asked if they wanted
to give comment, I was told that they were just looking
to observe. But I'll ask one more time, is there anyone
in the room that would like to make a public comment?
(No response.)
