On January 6, 2022, the Air Quality Division (AQD) held a public hearing for Michigan  
Air Pollution Control Rules, Part 8: Emission Limitation and Prohibitions – Oxides of  
Nitrogen, rule set 2021-24 EQ. No constituents attended the public hearing, and as a  
result a transcript is not provided.  
The AQD did not make changes to the rules based on public comments, and as a  
result, written comments are not provided.
