STATEMENT OF NO WRITTEN OR VERBAL COMMENTS  
Please be advise that I served as the designated Michigan Department of Civil Rights’/Michigan  
Civil Rights Commission’s representative who attended and participated in the public hearing  
held on the Michigan Department of Civil Rights/Michigan Civil Right Commission proposed  
rule amendment. The Michigan Civil Rights Commission held a public hearing on the proposed  
amendment to rule set 2021-89 CR, entitled “Organization, Practice, and Procedure” on Monday,  
January 23, 2023, at 3054 West Grand Blvd, Rm. L-150, Detroit, Michigan. The hearing was  
convened at 1:37 p.m. and concluded at 1:44 p.m.  
The Michigan Civil Rights Commission received no written public comments prior to or at  
hearing and received no verbal public comments during the hearing.
