STATEMENT OF NO WRITTEN OR VERBAL COMMENTS  
Please be advised that I served as the designated Michigan Department of Civil Rights/Michigan  
Civil Rights Commission’s representative who attended and participated in the public hearing  
held on the Michigan Department of Civil Rights/Michigan Civil Right Commission proposed  
rule amendment. The Michigan Civil Rights Commission held a public hearing on the proposed  
amendment to rule set 2024-23 CR, entitled “Organization, Practice, and Procedure” on Monday,  
October 27, 2025, at the Great Lakes Center for the Arts, Community Engagement Room, 800  
Bay Harbor Drive, Petoskey, Michigan.  
The Michigan Civil Rights Commission received no written public comments prior to or at  
hearing and received no verbal public comments during the hearing. The record was held open  
until 11:59 p.m., Tuesday, October 28, 2025, and no comments were received prior to close of  
the record.
